I HAVE BROUGHT AND SOLD IT A COUPLE OF TIMES STARTING TO LOOK LIKE THEY ARE DRIVING IT BACK DOWN TO SINGLE DIGITS , IF THAT`S THE CASE 08 OR 09 WOULD BE WHERE I`M LOOKING TO RENTER . YOUR CALL
