Yes, and I suggest you do the same because

it was my understanding that the company shared the patent with the University and this is incorrect.

The fuel cell technology was successful and Pacific Fuel Cell had the University prove the theory meaning an independent team of researchers confirmed Pacific fuel Cell's claims.

So patent belongs 100% to Pacific Fuel Cell and the technology is sound.

Now the company is in the process of arranging financing or a private placement of some sort.

Without saying too much it appears that the revenue stream will be from licensing the technology to companies such as Panasonic/Mitsubishi/etc for use in their battery operated products i.e. laptops, PDAs and small household appliances as well as CELL PHONES.
