Read BOTH of these documents very carefully:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1099234/000109432803000332/pointgrp10qsb111903woex.txt
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1099234/000109432804000014/pointgrp8ka012304.txt

Some snippets from their 10Q filing:

"In May 2003, the Company ceased operation of Prima International, LLC,
one of its wholly owned subsidiaries."

"On September 24, 2003, the Company acquired Veegeez.com...As of
September 24, 2003, the value of net assets of VC was $234"

"Each of the consultants will receive monthly 2,500,000 shares...."

"In July 2003, the Company amended its Articles of Incorporation to
increase the number of shares of common stock to 900,000,000...."

"The Company does not lease or rent any property. Office services are
provided without charge by a director."

"On October 13, 2003, the Company issued 5,000,000 shares of common
stock to two individuals...."

"During the period ended September 30, 2003, the Company issued
12,000,000 shares of common stock...for consulting services...."

"Each of the consultants agreed to receive $5,000 monthly for the
first six months of this agreement. Each of the consultants will
receive monthly 2,500,000 shares...."

"The Registrant currently has total current assets of $152,612 and
total current liabilities of $1,398,306 resulting in net working
capital deficit of $1,245,694."

"...net operating loss carryforward of approximately $8,300,000...."

"The Registrant reported a net profit of $217,409.00 for the nine
months ended September 30, 2003, which was due primarily to the
forgiveness of debt by shareholders...."

"Regardless of whether 5G Wireless' cash assets prove to be inadequate
to meet the company's operational needs, the company might seek to
compensate providers of services by issuance of stock in lieu of cash."

"In addition, if additional shares were issued to obtain
financing, or compensate service providers, existing shareholders may
suffer a dilutive effect on their percentage of stock ownership...."

Investigate the financial status of Wireless
5G services carefully. Investigate Veegee's
financial status, carefully.

I have looked at this stock a number of times,
have looked at their subsideries, and such.

Based on those snippets above, what is your
personal opinion of this company? Do find
anything odd or of concern?

PURL,

I JUST POSTED ON THE PGHI THREAD ON THE DOWN UNDER. I REALLY LOST IT. I AM A LEO AND MY TEMPER FLY'S WHEN I FEEL LIKE MY INTELLIGENCE IS CHALLENGED. I DID NOT DO IT IN THE CORRECT WAY BUT I LET THEM HAVE IT. I GET ANGRY AND THE FINGERS FLY. I KNOW THE LANGUAGE ETC WAS REALLY UN-CALLED FOR BUT LIKE I SAID "I LOCK,LOAD AND FIRE".

I AND OTHERS TRIED TO LET THEM KNOW NICELY THAT THEY ARE DISTROYING THE CREDIBILITY OF PGHI. IF THERE IS ANY LEFT . PERSONALLY I DO NOT KNOW. I OWN THE STOCK. A TREND TRADE. BOUGHT AT .03 CENTS. SOLD OFF AND NOW HOLD 7,000 FREE SHARES. I WILL HOLD OR SELL DEPENDING ON THE PRICE PER SHARE ONLY. TECH CHARTS ARE A WORK OF ART. THAT'S WHY I BOUGHT. THAT AND A VIABLE PRODUCT. WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF FINANCIAL LIABILITIES.

I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME OUT OF YOUR BUSY DAY TO PROTECT TRADERS. IT IS NOT AN EASY JOB AND I AM SURE THANKLESS. I HOPE OTHERS FOLLOW IN YOUR FOOTSTEPS AND REALIZE THAT FRAUD OF ANY KIND EFFECTS US ALL AND THEREFORE MESS "WIT" OUR MONEY.

THANKS AGAIN

* scrapes something off her foot bottom *

Phewww....

You really don't want to follow in the
footsteps of a barefoot Okie girl.

These bandwagon things, they are certainly
a problem. I don't mind when the boys get
all hyped up and run stock prices up, on
a stock we already own. Heh!

Yes, you are very astute in your observations.
Too much hype does ruin a stock. Many of us
simply will not invest in a stock when there
is a lot of pumping going on.

There are some good reasons for this. Right
off, I think "scam" and move on. Another
problem is hype and pump, bandwagons, toss
technicals right out the window. Prices
become artificially inflated and you can
no longer project anything!

Those bandwagons, like this stock, you have
to jump in right off, and jump out within
one or two days, maximum. I don't like that.

Mad Cow, Moon Stock, Nano, ok, those run
for quite awhile, but not this PGHI junk.

There are two moderating forces at play.
On one side are the pumpers. On the other
side are the shorters.

Pumpers drive a price up. Shorters know the
price is artificial and start shorting the
stock, driving prices down fast and hard.

End result, investors are caught with their
pants down, original pumpers might make some
money, but the shorters _always_ make money.

I plan to write an article on this new NASD
rules and the SEC "SHO" rule to come. Those
two rules will devastate the markets. In a
nutshell, shorters are out. What is left?
Only the pumpers. Not good. Between the NASD
and the SEC, within a year, economic chaos
in the stock markets.

We must have both shorters and pumpers, or
must have neither of them. Cannot have
one and not the other.

Yes girlfriend, pumpers do destroy all
credibility of a stock, very much so.
Those boys don't seem to realize they
are doing more harm than good.

Know what really annoys me? You read the
same garbage, over and over and over and
over.... and over again. Same news reports,
same technicals, same fundamentals, over
and over and over, not to mention,

"BUY! BUY! BUY!"

Multiplied by ten thousand. Jeeeshhh...

I swear some of those boys are immature
teenagers. I just know it. Dang, when
I was teenager, I busted my butt just
to save up money to buy a cheap bicycle.

Broken records, one and all.

Until you write something they don't want
to read. This you discovered.

Hey, can you believe that guy pumping
that Greater China stock? You would
think he would get a clue and move on!

Boys!

Kira
