Everybody's Phone Company is your new alternative to the large telecom providers that have dominated the local telephone service market! We offer pre-paid service that is a relatively new but fast growing concept in the telecommunications market. Often we are asked how our business works as most people are only familiar with the limited way in which large telephone companies bill or charge their clients. For many reasons, there are large numbers of customers and businesses that cannot get service from their Regional Bell Operating Company. The Telecom Act of 1996 permits small companies like Everybody's Phone Company to provide these customers with a service that is pre-paid and is renewable on a monthly basis.

Our Pre-Paid local telephone service (dial tone) allows customers and businesses to make and receive local calls, initiate collect, toll free, and 911 calls, receive non-collect long distance calls and initiate outgoing long distance calls using phone cards. Additional features such as Call Waiting, Call Forwarding and Return Call can be added for nominal additional charges. As the service is pre-paid, no deposits, credit checks, or identification are ever needed!

Everybody's Phone Company's long-term goal is to become a nationally branded provider of pre-paid telephone services to residential and business customers across the United States. We will offer customers in the restructured railphonemarkets, innovative services, competitive pricing choices, flexible payments, and improved customer service.

Everybody's Phone Company Issues Corporate Profile
On Monday June 1, 2009, 11:12 am EDT
Buzz up! Print HOUSTON, June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EVPH - News), Texas' fastest growing provider of prepaid telephone services, today announced that a corporate profile, highlighting its current operations, target markets, competitive strengths and growth strategies, is now available at http://www.everybodysphonecompany.com.

Everybody's Phone Company is a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier that leases telephone lines from local incumbent telephone providers and resells the service to connect residents to enable incoming and outbound calls, 911 access and receipt of collect calls, among other features like Call Waiting, Call Forwarding and Caller ID for a nominal fee. The Company's primary target market is credit-disadvantaged consumers and those who have been routinely denied connection to the regional telephone companies for various reasons. Everybody's Phone Company offers its service on a prepaid basis, therefore no deposit requirements, credit checks, ID, or social security questions are ever needed. To sign up, consumers simply have to provide a name and address.

"EVPH's prepaid services provide immediate peace of mind for credit-strapped consumers, legions of unemployed people and displaced homeowners in need of immediately reducing expenses. During tough economic times, consumers still need access to lifelines, like telephones, consumers simply can't live without one," said President and CEO of Everybody's Phone Company, Steve Bethke. "Everybody's Phone Company has timed the market perfectly to offer a solution for prepaid telecommunications services that are affordable, flexible and accessible to every income group, regardless of his/her past history."

Everybody's Phone Company is currently focused on building critical mass in Houston's residential and market. The Company's goal is to replicate its business model throughout the large State of Texas and then nationwide. The Company's distribution channels include retailers; apartment owners and other membership groups that can sell EVPH's prepaid telephone services to their customers. "We anticipate hundreds of new subscribers will sign on for our service given the convenience of a local grocery, for instance, and the ability to pay-as-you-go. We believe our distribution model is a great way to create residual income that directly drops to the bottom line for these establishments," said Bethke. The Company is also using traditional marketing channels and soon an e-commerce campaign to get the word out.

More than 10 million people have unlimited-calling prepaid plans, and First Analysis Securities believes the potential market is 45 million to 60 million people. To help accelerate future expansion and capitalize on rising demand, Everybody's Telephone Company has executed a reseller agreement with at&t to sell prepaid telephone service in 22 states. For additional details on the Company, you may visit the corporate profile at http://www.everybodysphonecompany.com.

EVPH news today... I just caught on to this one is anyone else watching it?

Everybody's Phone Company Signs Reseller Agreement With AT&T to Market Voice Services in 22 States
HOUSTON, March 23, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVPH), Texas' fastest growing provider of prepaid telephone services, today announced that it has entered into a reseller agreement with AT&T providing it access to market prepaid residential unlimited local (dial tone) telephone service in 22 states. AT&T presently serves a total of 77 million AT&T mobile and voice data subscribers nationwide.

This agreement enables Everybody's Phone Company to purchase, at a discount, access to the local telephone network provided by AT&T and repackage/resell voice services to the credit disadvantaged. Everybody's Phone Company is fully licensed to provide these services throughout the State of Texas.

Steven H. Bethke, president of Everybody's Phone Company, said, "AT&T has made a total capital investment in its Texas wireless and wireline networks of more than $6 billion from 2006 to 2008. We are now benefiting from this reliable, advanced telecommunications infrastructure to bring telephone services to the sub-prime market. We have already established market share in the greater Houston area, including parts of Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris and Montgomery counties."

"This agreement with AT&T is a major milestone in developing our national footprint. With unrelenting jobless claims and a growing number of residents being displaced due to the housing crisis, our services can provide lifelines to those in need, not only in Texas, but nationwide," added Bethke. "Before we can expand marketing to states beyond Texas, we must get permission from each state's public utilities commission, which we are in the process of doing. Access to additional states can provide multiple revenue streams to propel our growth going forward."

When you have partners like AT&T, you cant help but succeed. EVPH has got it locked and loaded and our members should be in this stock.

This is the beginning of a ride much higher. The stock ran 65% today on rumors and we think once people appreciate the size of this deal they will be buyers of EVPH at much higher levels.

EVPH is going to be on our shopping list for some time. If they can deliver this kind of news, who is to know what else is pending.

We spoke to management at EVPH today and they tell us that our members should be smiling for weeks and weeks to come.

Buy and hold is something you hear many times. But in the case of EVPH it could fill your pockets with cash.

EVPH is going to be in focus for PSC for the next month and we expect to receive updates from the company on a daily business.

Members should stay tuned for EVPH updates and everyone should make sure they have a position at these levels.

The PSC twitter has made our members a boatload of cash in the last month.

In march alone we alerted WDRP, IDCN, ATTD, BRYN, and LHPT. All these picks have made our members BIG MONEY.

The biggest return was in excess of 400%. This pick could be our biggest. We expect EVPH to move into $1.00-$1.50 region and if this happens our members are going to rack in gains of over 400%, even from these levels.

Telecommunications are a big business. Sometimes a small player can become a giant overnight.

Skype is a good example, maybe EVPH could become the next success story.

Our team has met with EVPH consultants and we understand their vision and we think our members could benefit from taking some stock at these prices. If we get the move we expect, PSC members are going to rack in some big bucks here. The business of stock picking is based on the qualities of the company and the PR flow.

EVPH has nothing but quality and we expect some solid PR flow. We urge our members to sell their losers and pick up some EVPH at these levels.

This run is for real and this is just the begining. Members should re-read the news from yesterday.

EVPH has a deal with AT&T and this is mind blowing.

BUY THIS STOCK NOW AND PROFIT.

The team at PSC has met with EVPH and we understand that big things are still to come.

These guys can close some big deals they have done a deal with AT&T who is an absolute giant in the telecommunications space.

If EVPH can do it once, PSC thinks that they can do it again. Where there is smoke there is fire.

The EVPH is able to execute real share holder value and PSC expects to receive some huge updates which will drive EVPH higher.

The stock is all gassed up and ready to fly and our momentum players and traders should be taking out offers this morning.

It is not often that small companies like EVPH can closed deals with AT&T.

We are repeating ourselves but we think members need to RE-READ THIS PR.

EVPH is about to enter the PSC hall of fame, these guys are for real and BUYING EVPH at these prices is a steal.

Huge news for EVPH.AT&T 22states...and they want revs in the 50m range and looking for a possible buyout..can ya imagine when evph branches out into 22 states..Texas jus the beginning folks.major money maker here:

HOUSTON, March 23, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVPH - News), Texas' fastest growing provider of prepaid telephone services, today announced that it has entered into a reseller agreement with AT&T providing it access to market prepaid residential unlimited local (dial tone) telephone service in 22 states.

Everybody's Phone Company Responding to Shareholder Inquiries
Press Release Source: Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. On Thursday March 25, 2010, 2:59 pm

HOUSTON, March 25, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVPH - News), Texas' fastest growing provider of prepaid telephone services, in responding to shareholder inquiries, has decided to issue this comment on the company's stock price.

Steven H. Bethke, President of Everybody's Phone Company, said, "The share price has seen some volatility between the prices .10 and .38 in the last two weeks. The company's business development activities have resulted in a reseller agreement with AT&T. Shareholders can expect similar agreements with other major U.S. carriers. The stated objective of the company is to ramp up the top line revenue to package the company as a takeover target for a larger player."

"The team at Everybody's Phone Company has a top flight management and sales team which is working towards this objective over an 18 month time frame. In the interim, we will continue to build shareholder value by bringing in these new contracts," commented Mr. Bethke, President of Everybody's Phone Company.

Furthermore, Mr. Bethke, said; "The bottom line will grow substantially, making the company profitable within 12 months. These reseller agreements have margins of more than 20% which make them a very attractive proposition for our company. The insiders close to the company are firmly behind our efforts and everyone is holding their shares for maximum return. We feel comfortable in saying that this company will grow to be dominant in our space. There is no reason why the share price should not follow our growth path and move substantially higher. "

The news today makes EVPH a takeover target. The company said in today’s PR that they are packaging the company for a sale to a larger competitor.

If you consider the numbers from the previous day’s PR, you can see that a buyout of the company could make you a big winner.

http://www.stockwatch.com/newsit/newsit_newsit.aspx?bid=U-z0187354-U%3aEVPH-2010 0324&symbol=EVPH®ion=U

They are targeting $50 million in sales with an 18% margin or a $9 million gross EBITDA. The company only has 22 million shares out which would give EVPH a .41 per share EBITDA.

If these numbers prove to be correct a move to $1.50 or more could happen if they get bought out.

Given a possible $1.50 buyout , PSC thinks a short term target of .50 on EVPH is a given.

We urge members to re-read today’s PR and get in the game with EVPH.
