Trading at around .36, looks like most people are rejecting the Tender offer of .40 from Nuance.
I have some shares in this and Im looking for advice, should I wait it out or take the .40?

It seems that they are undervalued and the stock should go up due to new business that they acquired.

Any thoughts on how things turn out when tender offers are rejected?/accepted?

Thanks
G

I guess it really depends on how much you got it for and where you think it is really headed. You have a good point about the news, but at the same time the little volume would kind of throw me off. but sometimes low volume I think can work in your favor if somebody is really interested in it and decides to put a market order in and you're one of the only sellers and have a high limit sell order you can luck out. I personally would probably just take my gains and split or see where its going and make a decision before the end of the week (friday). even though I've been reading about the market for a few years now, I've only really started to trade hardcore for the past few months so obviously my opinion may not be the best, but thats just what I personally would do if I was in your situation.
