bailout (or even if doesn't pass) for green energy. I'm looking at solar companies.

Some may be overpriced right now but I see growth leading up to 2012 with requirements for states to increase green power.

Do you see any good solar companies.

A few I have been watching. SSLR went from .32 to .55 in my portfolio in the last few weeks

Maybe P/E under 30 or 20
Smaller market cap.
ideally California based or servicing, not req.

any ideas?

FSLR has some new technology, yet is already at 180 (down from 270 recently)
