GAIA RESOURCES INC., a Nevada corporation currently trading under the symbol GIAS (www.Pinksheets.com: GIAS) is an early-stage mining company focusing on the exploration and production of precious metals. Several properties have been targeted for acquisition by Gaia Resources, Inc.

GIAS has plans to become a diversified company by operating in the natural resource and alternative energy markets. The market for natural resources is primed for diversification and innovative exploration tactics. Potential opportunities for GIAS include gold, silver and other minerals in areas such as Arizona, Oregon, California, British Columbia, the Yukon Territories and South America.

One of the key properties that GIAS is positioned to acquire was once held by the Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corp. in Cochise County, Arizona. This property is adjacent to the Mexican Hat Property, which has drill indicated reserves of approximately 400,000 ounces. Over 1.9 million dollars was spent conducting these tests by Placer Dome back in the nineteen eighties.

Santa Fe also conducted its own testing, drilling seventeen holes on another property that GIAS is acquiring, but the data is not available to GIAS as Newmont Gold Co. absorbed Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corp. back in 1997 and the information is held by Newmont. Thunder Gulch Resources Ltd. (TGR) has had control of the properties in this area for the past few years.

Thunder Gulch Resources Ltd. principal, Norm Pearson, who is GIAS Senior Consultant / Project Manager, has over 30 years in the mining business as operator, prospector and trouble shooter. According to Pearson, the area is an excellent target and should be drilled and trenched for hard rock gold. He also says that alluvial gold or placer gold is present and should be evaluated.
