Fire Mountain Beverage Company to Declare Shareholder Dividends

VALENCIA, Calif., Sept. 7, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Fire Mountain Beverage Company (Other OTC:FBVG.PK - News) announces its plan to declare a shareholders dividend to its shareholders of record. The directors of Fire Mountain Beverage have come to an agreement to declare a dividend of an unspecified amount to all shareholders of record. The terms and conditions of this release will be disclosed on Monday September 11th, 2006.

The Company products are orientated to the health conscious consumer looking for alternatives to tap water and carbonated beverages containing sugar, caffeine, sodium and carbohydrates. Fire Mountain's customer base includes single and multi-store retail operations, governmental agencies, distributors, convenience stores, schools and other outlets. These products take advantage of current market trends in the beverage industry that enhance the quality of life.
