Why invest in the company? Here's why:

1. Extremely low float
2. Ridiculously Undervalued PPS
3. They are Cash positive with NO DEBT
4. They already have a solid REVENUE STREAM from their container yard
5. They deal with the biggest shipping lines in the world already
6. Conservative revenue estimates of Eko-flor in the 1st year are 250 MILLION plus (the market cap right now is roughly 10 million)
7. Solid management team
8. Is an undiscovered play, that soon won;t be (MSNBC)
9. The EKO-FLOR launch end of September isn't speculative, the shipping conglomerates have ALREADY booked production times.

"Conforce International has a float of less than 5 million and it currently trades at 10 cents. The stock is very tightly held (on the greatest day of volume a mere 1.4 million shares traded), the O/S is 120 million. They are cash positive, with a solid revenue base, no debt, and full-scale existing operations with clients whom are the largest shipping companies in the world. In 2 months they will be launching a product called Eko-Flor, which is a green alternative to conventional flooring and vastly more efficient. The generate revenues are conservatively projected in the hundreds of millions in the first year based upon a 2% market share...The PPS by September should easily be around $3-4 minimum...it already reached a high of $2.70 about 4 months ago...since then the company has received more contracts, a revenue increase of %150+ and of course is very close to launch...
We are expecting a PR blitz to commence in the next few weeks in anticipation of Eko-Flor's launch, which will include an interview on MSNBC with the main topic being EkO-FLOR...do your own DD and check the company...its an amazing entry point right here due to inattention"

Their website: www.conforce1.com
*Be sure to read the disclosure under investor relations menu; it is extremely informative.*

"The first thing anyone will notice about CFRI is its severe drop 6 months ago from $3 down to the cents. This drop was a volume consideration as on that day CFRI got DTC status, thus were traded electronically. Consider the volume of CFRI, you might look at the chart and think it low but: the volume isn't low...but high volume...CFRI has a ridiculously low float of only 5 million shares...most of those are held extremely tightly....look at the huge drop on the largest volume a few months ago when conforce got DTA approval, only 1.5 million shares traded...that's it!! that means that only 1% of the float traded on the doomed day...probably less when you think of flipping...this price is EXTREMELY artificially low. Basically there is a lack of awareness of the company, containers aren't as sexy as oil plays;hurricanes;bio-techs;minerals etc...once the MSNBC episode airs it should trade around $1-2, then on launch expect a substantial increase on top of that...besides that there are no trades because 99%+ of the O/S is held, and doesn't trade"

I would like to make clear for anyone that reads this and is thinking of investing that this is a LONG TERM HOLD!, this stock has very little volume (as is typical of a low-float, unknown play), thus isn't to be day traded, or cashed out for a short-term gain, this is an investment in the company.

By Conforce's figures, the company will be valued between $4.00-$8.00 (200 million revenue, conservative projected profit of 20%=40 million...40million/120 million O/S=0.33X conservative P/E of 20=$6.60) year 1 based on financial projections of EKO-FLOR...by year 5, the projections are a valuation of $40-$60 (20% market share=1.8 millionX0.2=300million/120=2.5X20=$50PPS)! These projections use conservative figures and don't account for their terminal operations which are solid and growing exponentially, nor any other revenue streams that might develop from EKO-FLOR, nor the opportunities to manage ports.

sounds graet n all too bad you look like a pumper..

I should also mention, that Conforce has contracted with Royal Group Technologies (TSX), whom was bought out by a NYSE company, to manafacture EKO-FLOR, which is strategic in that Royal Group has manfacturing plants around the world, so that EKo-Flor can be efficiently distributed.

Also of note is that on/around the 15th August (Tuesday) quaterly financialy of the terminal operations, and projections on EKO-FLOR should be given

First post on this thread and have already attracted ignorance...ahh, the realities of posting on an internet board....tell me how my post can be construed as pumping? The realities of posting on an internet board is to make a post that can grab attention, and to highlight the companies points in a logical manner, as clearly as possible. What I have presented are the FACTS, I have not construed a self-indulgent opinion.
P.S. look into the company, do your DD, don't give me run-of the mouth replies, if you are going to offer a critique, make an intelligent critque instead of relying on an obsequious cliche. Also, I note that you post on CKYS and FGFC...I also hold a position in both of those (though, probably for different reasons), so, you, I would assume would probably actually like this one.

Sounds like a pretty good company, but you'd have to be drunk to get into this one with as low as the volume is IMO

Posted by rocked on :

ignorance? you have no reputation among anything, it's your first post and your already showing a company, we'll see how this does then ill retract my statement, but allot of people come on here and do exactly what you do so we shall see..but you do look like a pumper, if i stand corrected..that's great, but yes i know what to look for. i agree with jerzey..this is kind of a suicide play..could be great, but i don't like to invest 100$ in a stock, it's not worth it for a 100$ gain to watch something htat looks to be very volatile, just my humble opinion though....and that's all that looks like that can be played with safely to move adequate shares.

The feedback is predictable negativity attracts negativity, start the first post off wrong and well...look what kind of posters you get...Will: its not a secret that michael_ws/zanatos is the person (me), I created the last thread, but, as I had not posted in a month or so, I forgot my password, and my e-mail password, and the mods wouldn't give me a new one...hence, I just use my real name...but that's irrelavant...

....as for Duncan...
naked shorting....WTF???...that doesn't even make sense!!

Makes no difference to me, Zan. I rarely play anything over .02. Guess your new user name is justified, but still why would you post a stock that has traded over .10, for the past month, on a .10 and under forum?
The guy you called ignorant can be taught, and probably has a larger capacity to learn than someone that can read and write, but elects to ignore, (ignorance / stpudity, by choice), and is too stupid to comply with implied rules and etiquette.
So, simply repeat after me, "I, Zanatos, aka Michael_Ws, am a hump, a chump, and a CFRI pump."
Good night and Good luck !

you guys playing nice over here? [Mad]

It is most likely the bold title which is attracting these sort of people...no research, just flip of the mouth replies, and you, Will, to say that of me, when my writing is nothing but dignified...its people like you that ruin an investment board; would you say such a thing to me in person...I don't think so...

Posted by Michael_Ws on :

BTW...I stand by the title of the thread, if I knew of a more solid play than this, then my money would be there...you know of a more solid play on the OTC than this?, then PM me, and I will research it...but don't PM me before researching CFRI first, when you PM, offer a point by point analysis of the two...if your stock is better than CFRI then I'll change the title of the thread...any takers?

Posted by will on :

Speaking of playing nice. Please do the responsible, compliant posters a favor and move this thread to another forum. I assume you are a moderator if you are refrreeing.
The only reason folks "mistakingly" post stocks OVER .10 on this forum is, because it is the most poular forum, and they want to be heard. Seemingly a slefserving pump tactic.
Please move it.

Why are you so concerned about where to place the stock? It trades from 9 cents to about 13 cents intraday...bids are all below 10 cents/ask is above 10 cents...man, you are just being petty now

Posted by will on :

I have no quarrel with the integrity CFRI. A good friend, that had his posting privaledges revoked, (Wallace), pointed the stock out to me months ago.
My problem is with you calling an another poster here ignorant, when it is obvious to me, that you elected to ignore the forum's title, and post wherever you please, violating message board etiquette.

Will...calling a stock a "naked short scam" that harldy even trades IS pure ignorance, it doesn't even make sense...as is calling someone a "pumper" ignorant..note though, that I DID NOT call the person ignorant, I called the post ignorant...seriously..what is you're problem to be going on like this?

P.S. I guess you're happy that its now been moved by the MOD...LOL

Posted by will on :

Problem? I don't see it as a problem. It is a matter of discipline and etiquette. The stock might even be an excellent play. I haven't looked at it for a long while. Again, I have no arguement with the integrity of CFRI. However, when I see a poster show up with to different screen names within a month, and post on the most popular forum violating its spirit to attract attention to his selected stock, it does make supicious of him.
The thread has been moved. Now I have no quarrel with you.
Good luck !

"offer a point by point analysis of the two"

lol, there's *analysis* here?

Well....since I brought CFRI to this board it has currently been a 400% gain...closed on Record Volume,...up 60%...at HOD...and there is NO FLOAT left...if you're just reading this thread now, you can thank the lunatics that posted/bashed above for missing those gains...BUT, we still haven't had any of the PR blitz coming from the company, and CNBC airs in 2 weeks....should be easily trading above $1.00 after that...IMO

Posted by skip on :

This looks good to me...the CNBC spot should get some attention...

Also, I started a thread on the Free For all forum as this one kinda got sidetracked. [Smile]

Posted by Michael_Ws on :

Closed at 72 CENTS today...this stock is an absolute MONSTA!...the way it trades compeltely verifies the fact that there is no float!...the float is held very tightly and virtually noone is selling, just a bit of healthy profit-taking which is why its making the phenomenal gains it is...the things just doesn't dip....

We look like we have a very good chance of hitting $1.00 by Friday, if so, the CNBC Sunday night should put this easily within $1.50 by Monday

I tried to buy for over an hour today and got nothing to show for it.

I managed to squeeze in *.68 today. This thing is a MONSTA! This stock will be able to paint its own price for the next couple of weeks...

Posted by Michael_Ws on :

I grabbed most of my shares in the 5-7 cent range, so I am already up 1,450%...but I still tried to add today as well, the only time of day that it was easy to get filled on the ASK was when UBSS was sitting on 68 cents...and you always have to get filled on the ASK on this stock...even at the EOD when the BID was 64 cents and the ASK 70 cents, you still couldn't get filled right on 70 cents...thus why the ASK jumped to 76 cents to close, BID 70 cents...I'm guessing the ASK will open at 78 cents tommorow AM

Posted by Michael_Ws on :

Another HOD close at 94 cents+ AH Press...should gap to $1.00 tommorow AM...check out the chart guys, this thing is a MONSTA!!

Posted by Michael_Ws on :

Conforce has been a 10 BAGGER since I first posted it...$5.00 PPS projections are expected when conforce issues its revenue projections on EKO-FLOR first year, second year PPS expectation based on EPS are greater than $10.00, so good longterm and short hold

Well...MM's manipulating a low-float to induce a panic sell-off, which panic sell-off occured. This primarily happened because we ran so hard, lots of mewbies were in this, and people see the sell-off back in January and assume it would happen again...thus, it sort of did...should be strong tommorow...interview also out on wallstreet

im not sure but will the slow down in truck sales in 2007 hurt this stock ?

Posted by RaptorNate on :

The Eko-Flor is geared towards the overseas containers foremost (over 147,000,000 world wide). It will also be used for truck trailers and other transport boxes. As of now, the container industry is having major problems with the current wood floors being used. The industry has been looking for a replacement for a while now. Eko-Flor will be the replacement. Other companies have attempted to produce composite floors. But those composite floors have had many of the same issues as wood. Mostly from contamination. Eko-Flor is stronger, lighter and does not retain contamination. The final phase of testing is being completed and a pr will be released in November. Huge contracts should follow. IMO and many others, this thing is going to take off. Conforce (the company producing Eko-floor) has been around for over 32 years. Conforce is already a profitable company and will become extremely profitable soon. Once this starts climbing, it won’t go down for a long time. It’s been hitting peaks and valleys lately; right now it’s in a valley if you are going to by in. At one point (a week ago) I was up 500 %. HSM has a great thread on CFRI with a lot of info.

The train is taking off, jump aboard!!!

Nate.
