I am really thinking that Toyota Motors is going to be a huge bargain over the next several years. Forecasts call for TM to become the world's #1 auto manufacturer by 2008. One in six cars driven today are Toyota's. That's amazing! Toyota also put out a report a few months back stating that by 2012 all vehicles made by Toyota will be hybrids. None of the other major manufacturers mentioned anything close to 2012, at least yet. If Toyota becomes the first to do so and take the torch into the future, their stock could double and then some. If that's the case, expect many buyers on this one. My advice is to get in while you can, because this baby will pay of in the near future!

Toyota has BIG QUALITY PROBLEMS. They got where they are now because of their quality track record. Now they are putting out new cars before doing extensive quality/durability testing and its costing them BIG TIME!!! Over the next few years....those who bought cars and had OIL LEAKS, and all the other crap will likely buy someone else's product and stay far away from TOYOTA.

^ thats seems a little too speculative, R1 Man!

That's too bad you feel that way, because since I posted this message two weeks ago, TM has risen by 13 points or about 14%

Toyota is working on more than Hybrid cars. read these...

Others are working on machines that would use hovercraft-style technology and GPS systems to create fully automated, door-to-door flying machines. That's the goal NASA is working toward. Same for Toyota.

WHOLE NEW INDUSTRY? And yet, a flying car is suddenly less of a pipe dream or the stuff of cartoons. Giants including carmakers Honda (HMC ) and Toyota (TM ) are developing prototypes of small flying devices. Helped by advances in nanotechnology, microelectronics, and robotics, researchers from the likes of NASA, Carnegie Mellon University, and University of Florida are developing new flight-related technologies, designed to make piloting an aircraft easier than driving a car.
