I don't know if its because how much they hate sports because they were never good at it, or if the redskins are not hipster enough sounding. Saw that article where a hyper sensitive overly PC lib likened the redskins flag to that of the Nazi, and the confederates. This is really getting out of hand.

Just stop it already. We have a lot more important issues than trying to all of a sudden change the name of a football team because you found a way to fit it into a racial narrative.

It's been going on for years and not just with the Redskins. New York Giants (tall people are offended), Los Angelas Angels (satanists are offended), Miami Marlins (other fish feel slighted), New York Yankees (rebels are offended) and of course the Green Bay Packers which offends gay people.

Doesn't matter what name you come up with for a team, it's going to offend someone somewhere.

the packers offend gay people? LOL... never even thought about that one...

having grown up as a 'skins fan, going all the way back to before they lost to the "perfect" miami dophins i have to say that i could care less if they change the name...
their new owner is a total jerk anyway...

we should rename them the Washington Politicans so they can offend everybody IMO...
