Houston (CBS HOUSTON) – Just days after the conviction of Philadelphia abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell, a Houston doctor is also accused of performing illegal abortions.
The Harris County District Attorney’s Office, in conjunction with the Texas Department of State Health Services, says it is in the early stages of investigating a local Houston doctor who is accused of performing late-term abortions in 2011.
