I grew up un the San Gabrial area. Sure has changed a lot. My old junior high is now 70+% asian, many of which are Chinese, Taiwanese decent.
The trend mentioned in article really taps in to state funds when addressing state colleges etc.
Heard another good one about a person at a friends work. A co-employee just recieved a grant for 15 million to help people in need in some other countries. 3 million goes towards administration and they want to talk to this person about getting her a lot more money for the project.

i don't have problem with legal immigtration in general. in specific? my wife has had several terrible experinces with cultural issues surrounding professional behaviour of foregin nationals hired here from other coutnries. These issue have led to severe restrictions on her abiltiy to be productive. We hire people from other coutnries to take really good positions here, they then recruit their other friends form those coutnries to take even more jobs from US Citizens, and a cosniderable amount of what is going on that we are specifically aware of is frauduletn. at th risk of sounding like a whiner? i will say that my skill as a glassblower is ranked on the very highest level of what OTHER coutnries are recruiting for new immigrantss. I am rated higher than research scitnists (my wifes job)AND medical doctors, and yet my wife has been at war with foregin natioanls working right here in (and for) the USA in research for years just to advance in her career. China wants my wife, and they would like me even more, and if this crap here keeps up? i will go to the highest bidder (china). my wife has had the highest proven count of genetically engineered insects to her persoanl credit in the world for a decade ( more than three times the numebr 2 scientist), yet she is being blocked from productivty here by immigrants (in concert with US citizens) who steal her research (yeah pagan, i can prove this in court and may be forced to very soon, and your tax dollars will immigrate itno my pocket when i do it. if i and my wife didnot have a goal of just being productive? we would have already gone to court a year ago withthis, but we tried very hard to settle it administratively, the amdminstraotos have crapped on us th elasst time as of today, and i am currently under a non-dislcoure agreement not to share details, but that agreemtn will be voided very soon and when it does i can share alot of details about waste and abuse and possibly fraud (legally i must use possibly) involvoing specifically ht hiring of foreign natioanls working here who are nothing more than freeloaders.

Shouldn't we be taking care of are own people first, then worrying about everyone else.
Many have paid into our system for a long time in many different ways, when it comes time to get something back, it isn't there, or its so small that they can hardly live off of it.
We keep adding more stress on our system by allowing all these different programs,imports, foreign labor etc. to suck so much money out of the system easily, which in turn makes more suffering of our own.
When do we start looking out for us?

personally, looking out for ourself has gotten us nothing but grief. people take and they take until there's nothing left but a big credit card bill... i'm not gonna take it anymore....
