What is up with this? Why would this money be GRANTED to NGOs in Cambodia when we need that money in America for our own extreme issues to deal with? Why is this allowed?
I'm surprised for a businessman such as yourself. When America gives $$ to a country it's usually for a capitalistic motive... think about it...
but then again you think Walmart shouldn't open hispanic supermarkets in hispanic communities selling only hispanic foods which is pretty much what we hispanics only eat more or less... What is Walmart thinking? they no nothing!! about business lol nor does the U.S. know nothing about entering foreign markets.. Bad coca cola, mcdonalds and other big corporations you know nothing of business but Mooman does...
Stop Mooing... the Gov't is thinking long term and not short term when they give countries money... it's not welfare if that is what you think... Asia is a vast market for the U.S. in the near future when we fix our economy...

Yeah, but they need to keep it in house for the time being. Seriously, as if we dont give enough money out already. 10 million? Probably a similar situation like KBR in Iraq.

I think once the money has been allocated as a grant by the gov it cant not be spent. I could be wrong here though....

LOL Glove boxes are pretty small. I think we should be able to come up with better security measures for them with only a $5 Million dollar grant.

How much cash do you think those gov. officials can fit into one glove box?
Then we will know how many to send with the grants.
