A man ran a red light and was pulled over. The police gave him a Breathalizer test and he blew a 0.11. (Michigan law is 0.08). He had his 12 year old son with him. Police told the buy to call his mom to get him. Shortly after, mom shows up with their 9 year old daughter. The police gave her a breathalizer and found that she was drunk as well. Both parents were arrested, cars impounded and kids....didn't say what happened to them.
But imagine....you get a DUI....your son calls mom and mom gets a DUI....you both ride in the same squad car and now get to spend the night in the drunk tank together. That would suck....I don't know what would be worse....explaining to the wife why I was drunk driving or listening to her explain why she was too. You know the husband won't be getting any for a LONG time.
