Seriously, has anyone else ever seen a UFO? I saw one when I was a teenager, but my Dad insisted it was tractor lights, when I flew downstairs scared out of my wits! NOT tractor lights! Was an oval disk, flying over my home; I could only see half of the circle, and it was flying in a clockwise circle, very fast, and it was so bright it had a tail of light behind it! Was NOT asleep; was NOT a tractor light! Was looking though a screen, upwards! Neighbor guy saw it too, I found out later! And yes, I believe they exist, and are scripturally based! Anyone else have a story?

I personally have not seen any UFO's but mathmatically speaking it is just silly not to expect to find life on another planet out there. May not be more advanced then us but life is out there...

Just given ya a hard time Kate.... I thought I saw one when I was a kid ... FLASH of light streaking across the sky.. Much to large for a shooting star... Also, when I was in the Air Force, I saw a few strange things when stationed in the southwest.

An editor and I driving home from the paper one night saw something that was literally unidentified, but I believe it was experimental craft from nearby aeronautical complex, nothing "alien." Ranchers in Big Bend use to have a problem with black, unmarked jet aircraft--test/training flights. The sonic booms would crack water tanks, rattle buildings, spook cattle, etc. Always wanted to do the "candles in a cleaner bag"; that sounds like a good gag--but if you don't do it right, you can start a fire.

Ok, I've seen something twice. The first time was when I was a kid maybe 10 years old. I was outside at about 10:00 at night by my self, I forget why, and I saw something that appeared to be only 100 yards or so away hovering over the neighbors house and it darted off after 30 seconds or so. Fast forward 20 years, give or take a year, I was at a friends house sitting on his patio drinking a beer when a flash of light streaked out of the sky and disappeared. I'd write it off to the beer but my friend saw it too.

Hi, Upside. The reason I believe they are based in scripture, is because of several verses that talk about signs and wonders in the sky, in the end times; Luke 21:11, Revelation 16:14, Joel 2:30, Acts 2:19. These verses referr to signs and wonders in the sky, and blood, fire, and smoke on the earth. If you read Ezekiel, the visions he saw, were of great things in the sky, which I believe were good angels, and possibly, UFOs, which seemed to be described as flying metal objects, by Ezekiel and also Daniel, and were, and are, flown by satans angels. I don't believe so, upside. I believe they will happen before the rapture, and after, during the tribulation! UFO sightings, crop circles, visions, bleeding statues, many more tornados, hurricanes, and earthquakes, many of these things people are seeing already!

I could've sworn that I saw three the other day just south of Binghamton at about 6 m or so one morning. My friend and I saw three lights a few miles away up in the air above a tree covered hilltop. It was a bit freaky as I tried to rationalize what we were seeing. I thought it may have been a plane, but I've never seen a plane that was that big as the lights weren't all that close together.

kate has anbody ever seen a ufo i never believed in them and i have not seen one but i now do believe in them my parents who have never lied confessed to me that about 20 years ago they saw one as plain as day but they did not want to tell any body becaue they were afraid people would think they were nuts. they are the most practical people i have known i have never have herd them lie and they are true christians . they gave no explanations for there thoughts on what it ment or possibilities only that they were sure that it was not from here.

Well, never seen a UFO in my life. I would love to see one. I do believe there are living civilizations elsewhere other than Earth. Earth can't be the only one place where there are living beings on a planet. The are only a handful of planets in our solar system, but keep in mind, there are hundreds, thousands or even millions of other planets farther than we can imagine. Who knows. There could be another "Earth Like" planet out there who are trying to find living creatures like us on Earth.

I saw one when I was about 15. Around Halloween we always spent the evenings outside, generally doing Halloween pranks. The group had broken up for the evening and it was just me and one other friend standing in one of the alleys of our small town. The sky was clear and we were talking about falling stars and were looking up at the time when we both saw what appeared to be a very large falling star coming down toward the earth. It came streaking down but then suddenly stopped, turned and went back up faster than it had come down.
We didn't say anything right away, just looked at each other to make sure we both saw the same thing. We called it an evening after that ane went home.
No idea what it was but falling stars neither stop, nor go back up.

Vietnam, our company was dug in on a hill for the night. Pitch dark, typical for the nights there, about 2 miles away we could see a firefight starting, looks like the 4 Of July. The two units who were engaged were about 100-200 meters apart, this was going on for about 5 minutes when all the sudden this hugh roundish object appeared above the firefight, the firefight stopped for a minute, then both sides started to shoot at this object, it was motionless above them for about 10 minutes then disappered. The firefight never did start again. ----- No I was not smoking any funny stuff.

Kate...what I saw? was prolly only an experimental aircraft...it didn't levitate anybody or steal anything that was reported...
simply moved too fast, esp at right angles, to be conventional...
was near the ol' Ling Temco Voight, then Naval Air Station before Carswell became the "joint" station it is now...

Tex, maybe you ought to also explain that next to Carswell/Naval Air Station/Joint Reserve Station is Consolidated/Vaulte/General Dynamics/Locheed that builds some highly secret experimental "things". Even most of the people that work there don't know there is a "Secrets Lab" there and very very few of them have ever been in it or have any notion what goes on there.
