Wow. That was great. Thanks. Sometimes you forget what they're going through, and those pictures with the music makes you remember.

God Bless them and their courage to be there.
It was their choice so we should thank them everyday for doing what they do.

Otherwise you would be there.

YES VERY TOUCHING. WAR IS HELL AND RELATIVES AND FRIENDS DIE. hERE IS ONE FOR YOU TO REALLY THINK ABOUT. EVERY WAR THAT USA HAS BEEN IN WE INVADED THEIR COUNTRY AND DESTROYED THEIR LANDS. WE ARE VERY VERY FORTUNATE THAT NO ONE HAS INVADED USA.
GOD BLESS AMERICA, NO WAIT GOD WILL NOT BLESS AMERICA TILL EVERY EVERY AMERICAN REPENTS OF THEIR SINS AND ASKS JESUS INTO THEIR HEARTS. AT THAT TIME THEN AMERICA WILL BE BLESSED

Personally, I think this is the wrong forum. I'm guilty of that at times too. Usually based on alcohol. I don't think we need valuable trading time wasted on load a long video praising the military. That can be done, with appropriate thanks, on the appropriate section/forum. It's NOT a Micro Penny topic, IMO.

And nothing personal, folks. Just the wrong time and place.

Are you forgetting 9-11?

You are right though, at least we have not had a full blown war here, on our soil.

The way I see it is this...We would not have the luxury of setting at our computer and making money if these brave soldiers were not taking care of us.

JMHO

we proved that the US's huge military budget and laser guided weapons, stealth aircraft, and some of the baddest soldiers in the world, can all be thwarted by some low rent clowns with RPG's and some bombs in cars. And also the people running this country are full to the brim with poo, and have a bigger agenda than stopping terrorism, ill give you a hint its black and rhymes with boil.

a few fun facts to consider.
17 of the 19 9-11 hijackers were saudi. yet we invade afghanistan, iraq, syria is next and so is iran im sure.
there were zero WMD'S. (the main reason for going to war, by the way)

The head of the U.N. weapons inspection team, Hans Blix, said: "Had we had a few months more (of inspections before the war), we would have been able to tell both the CIA and others that there were no weapons of mass destruction (at) all the sites that they had given to us." Hans Blix was removed from the UN.

"The headlines all say no weapons of mass destruction stockpiled in Baghdad. We already knew that," Cheney said.

Although the report says Saddam's weapons program had deteriorated since the 1991 Gulf War and did not pose a threat to the world in 2003, it also says Saddam's main goal was the removal of international sanctions.

Secretary of State Colin Powell told The Washington Post that he doesn't know whether he would have recommended the invasion of Iraq if he had been told at the time that there were no stockpiles of banned weapons.

“There is no doubt that Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction. There is no doubt he is amassing them to use against our friends, against our allies, and against us,” said Vice President Dick Cheney.

Powell said: “My colleagues, every statement I make today is backed up by sources, solid sources. These are not assertions. What we are giving you are facts and conclusions based on solid intelligence."

Powell said "It was solid intelligence that proved Saddam had amassed chemical and biological weapons: Our conservative estimate is that Iraq today has a stockpile of between 100 and 500 tons of chemical-weapons agent.”

He also said that part of the stockpile was clearly in bunkers: “The four that are in red squares represent active chemical munitions bunkers. How do I know that, how can I say that? Let me give you a closer look.”

Powell said you could see a truck for cleaning up chemical spills, a signature for a chemical bunker: “It’s a decontamination vehicle in case something goes wrong.”

The admission by the CIA’s top weapons adviser in Iraq, David Kay, that the country possessed no stockpiles of so-called weapons of mass destruction (WMD) nor related production facilities.
David Kay, also said his team found no stockpiles of banned weapons.

Scott Ritter, chief weapons inspector and head of United Nations Special Commission (UNSCOM) in Iraq for de-commissioning weapons said , “the chemical weapons infrastructure had been completely dismantled.....the biological weapons program was gone....the nuclear weapons program was completely eliminated...If I had to quantify Iraq’s threat , I would say zero,” He was mysteriously removed from the UNSC before his findings became public.

Colin Powell, US secretary of defence described Iraq’s threat to the US. as ‘non-existent’ just months prior to 9/11, but Powell has since shown up in the UN with the ‘proof of the threat’ via satellite photo’s of mobile chemical labs and launch sites which have also proved non-existent.

David Albright, a UN nuclear inspector with close contacts in both the world of weapons inspection and intelligence. said "It was known that no one was going to find large stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons. The only people who did not know that fact was the public.' David Albright was mysteriously removed from the UN.

Duelfer told a Senate committee he did not expect to find "militarily significant" weapons stocks in Iraq. He confirmed to senators that there was hardly any weapons of mass destruction before the war.

The inspector said that some small finds had been made of chemical and nerve agents dating from before 1991. Some tips were also to be followed up.

A report of more than 1,000 pages prepared by Charles Duelfer, the chief US weapons inspector, said "Despite these reports and finds, I still do not expect that militarily significant WMD stocks are cached in Iraq," Duelfer told the Senate Armed Services Committee. Duelfer told a Senate committee he did not expect to find "militarily significant" weapons stocks in Iraq. The report said the Baghdad regime's main fear was neighbouring Iran, but that it had no formal written strategy or plan for the revival of WMD after sanctions.

good day to all, im sure this stirred up the chit [Smile]

and sorry for the rant.
