Is there a general rule of thumb here?

I posted the SCU IPO on the under .10s page (where most of the Allstockies visit) and it was remove in just a few minutes. NOTE: SCU was at $3.38 when I posted, obviously over $.10. On the other hand when the BIDU IPO was posted on the under $.10, it stayed for quite a while.

I don't do it often, but if I think something is running I'd like to be able to say, "Hey, everyone look here. It's gonna fly! Don't miss the boat" where everyone can see it.

I correct myself. Topic: BIDU ,,,monster IPO is still on the under .10 page.
