this isn't a kindergarten sandbox, and yes there are scams out there, but until they prove themselves to be scams, you should post on stuff you like......and ignore stocks you don't...we all have different objectives here, and the sad fact is that only one in a hundred manages to maintain it's gains for a significant amount of time (even on the NYSE these days)

i have been guilty in the past of saying something negative about a stock, but i stuck to THE FACTS (as in HISTORICAL DATA)

the fact is that a lot of bashing is simply someone attempting to acquire more shares at a lower PPS, or someone afraid that the stock they are "promoting" will get less attention than than another one......

it depends on how you want to trade....

i like to run one during the day that simply has spread action checked in the last X minutes at least 70% of the trades were closer to the ask...
this tells me whats being bought NOW...

at the end of the day i run one that shows change action LESS than 20% of open and
VOLUME action is greater than 20% relative to 30 ADV..
this tells me what is being accumulated as SILENTLY as possible......this one gives me a lot of false positives, BUT when it does hit one? it's usually BIG.... i have to keep notes on them, the more times one pops here without going up? the more likely it is to be a 2+ bagger....
