There's a note on their site that they aren't sending out tax info until mid February, and not to expect it before the end of the month. Is there any date that info has to be sent out by? I think W2s have to be sent out by the end of January, right? I always like to do my taxes early, but now I have to wait for ChoiceTrade...

i think the deadline for 1099's was extended last year or maybe just this year because of all these mutual funds that reclassify income after the end of the year. usually if you don't have any mutual funds in your account they send the 1099's out by the end of jan. but others have to wait an extra couple of weeks. if you google it you can find some articles about it.

Hmm, thanks for the info. No mutual funds here, but maybe they just decided to send them all at once.

PCOLA, must be a glitch in their system. I printed out all my trades from CT last year about a week ago and finished all brokers transactions this past weekend; I'll take a look.

THanks Mag, but I was able to get my trade history, but I also had liek $15,000 in dividends, and just am not comfortable enough with the process to do it without the 1099.
Oh well, what's a couple more weeks...?
