Interesting topic Jo, and very cool video!

My honest opinion is I don't know what the future holds for any stock. What I do know is that even right after the Dot.com Bubble bursted there were still great plays to make even that same year! Bring up the Dow chart at stockcharts or any chart service. If you buy the hottest stocks when the Dow is oversold, and sell when it is over bought...you will always make money, every single year! The Dow goes through a cycle every few weeks/months depending on what's going on in the world/economy at that time! Learn to read the DOW chart like a pro....and you will bank biggly every year. APPL, GOOG, BIDU.....They all move with the DOW!

Even this year...there was all the Subprime news early this year in Fed/March...when the Dow was overbought...that way the big boys and Hedge funds could buy the shares from the scared retail sellers. Then the Dow made new alltime highs! Same thing happend in the last couple months when the DOW made a new high! This time they start talking about recession and depression, LoL....Big boys and Hedge funds loaded the boat! AAPL just made an all time high! Pay attention to what the Media says, and look at the DOW chart! It's one big game, that only the rich and poeple with commone sense are playing! Read this thread!....

The thing with the dotcom era is.....the market was exploding so much, and people were just doing what their brokers told them! Similar to the great stock market Crash! The difference now is there are so many free tools available...and discount brokers online...people are more informed about their investment decisions!

People bought Tech stocks with out even realy knowing how/if the companies will ever make money! Even Tony/Anthony Robbins famous penny stock revererse merger! All hype and speculation! Today there are so many tools available, another crash/bubble is unlikely.

Another thing...all this talk about china being a bubble is Bull Chit!....China is a country....not a sector...! China and other countries like Brazil/India markets are doubling like the U.S. markets did decades ago...! This is the real deal!

Check out the emerging market ETF's...You can trade them the same as stocks... EEM , FXI ,
EWZ, ADRE, PGJ. Some even doubled this year if you held, or 3-5 baggers if you flipped them in harmoney with the DOW chart...And if you used margin as well, forget about it! Everybody Should be rich!

They're on U.S. exhcanges, so they move with the DOW, just like AAPL and GOOG. Never ever ever listen to one word to the idiot at the yahoo Message boards for ETF's...they are retarded....you can read the posts for fun if you want, LoL. When the China Market is UP and the china ETF is down they get confused, LoL. They don't realize that FXI main holdings are CHL, PTR, LFC...which move with the DOW!

I also like the GOLD, GAS, and STEEL ETF's. The semiconductor ETF just started to heat up! AMD is oversold, and once a reversal is confirmed!....I'm in. They still make good chips!

ETF's are awesome! There's only like 600 of them compared to 10,000 stocks...so they're easier to track. Here's a link to the YAHOO ETF center!

http://finance.yahoo.com/etf/browser/mkt?k=7&c=0&f=0

You can sort them by intraday , 3 month, 6 month, year-to-date, 1 year, or 3 year return...

that link is sorted by best return year-to-date! The column is highlighted in yellow! Right now the best ones are up like 60%....They were higher a month or 2 ago before the Dow sold off a bit, the ETF's are on the way up again with the Dow now!

but you could have made more if you flipped them follwing the Dow when it was over bought and over sold!
