Could someone set me straight I have heard about trading stocks that you think are going down in price?? How do you do this??

go short...

unlikely you can, though. Need a margin account, and most brokers won't let you short pennies...

Don't go short (sell high, buy low) till you have had some trading experience going long (buy low, sell high).

But if you have to ask this question then you do not know what you are doing either long or short. My recommendation is read books before you get your feet wet. 3 Books I recommend are below. Anymore books, let me know (they can be bought cheaply used).

1. A Beginner's Guide to Short Term Trading by Toni Turner www.toniturner.com or amazon.com

2. How I made $2,000,000 in the Stock Market by Nicolas Darvas - amazon.com

3. Reminisces of a Stock Operator by Edwin Lefevre - amazon.com
