My girlfriend just came back from getting her nails done. The owner of the shop was tending to her and during their conversation my girlfriend disclosed to her that I traded stocks for a living. The owner then told her that her husband does the same BUT in vietnam. He flies over there for three months out of the year and makes a KILLING then comes back to the states. And by "killing" im talking by U.S. dollar standards not vietnamese money. I looked into it briefly online and apparantly people ARE making alot of money over there. Yeah, youd have to fly there in order to trade for some reason but with all the money that can apparantly be made its worth it. Im giving it some serious thought. Anyone else know anyone doing this or anything at all about the Vietnamese stock market?

LOL, im definetely considering it. The only thing I can see that could make it hard is of course, the language barrier. If I can find a place over their that translates that would be a plus.

A. Considering there are alot of different stock markets around the world I am sure you can do this in another market other then vietnam
B. If you decide with Vietnam anyways I am sure you can hire a translator/guide very cheaply
C. I been to thailand recently Tex... I loved it there and to let you know the economy there is booming especially with the opening of their new international airport recently in September which is bringing more international visitors and perhaps you can trade the Thai stock market while you visit there...

I am aware of there being stock markets all over the world but im hearing that there is something special about the Veitnamese markets right now. Huge opportunities to make money while certain loopholes are still open to take advantage of. At least thats the impression I got since ive been researching the last couple of days.
