Does a pink sheet company ever have to report financial information. I have been following a company that I suspect is a frad for the last year, even though one of their press realeses indicated they were planning to become "fully reporting" I have seen no financial reports posted. The company is HSCC.PK and I no that they have no possible fiancial neews that would do anything but scare investers if it was ever reported.
