There are many people here who will soon get SOMA shares as a dividend for their EQBM stock. Unfortunately, the SOMA shares will only trade on the Frankfurt stock exchange and I'm having difficulty finding a broker who will handle a Frankfurt transaction for an American (apparently there are special rules for Americans that make foreign brokers throw up their hands and say "screw 'em!")

Does anyone here know of a broker who trades on the Frankfurt Exchange and will allow Americans to open accounts?

I would probably try a U.S. based bank that has a brokerage as well that has branches internationally..
