I have Scottrade, but they are terrible for pinks/pennies: $7+ 1/2% commission.

Choicetrade is only $5.

Ameritrade is another good choice -- you can get Level 2 for around $10 a month I think, or for free if you trade enough.

OK so Ameritrade and Choicetrade. Any others I should consider? My primary concerns are to

A) transfer my account from Etrade with ease
B) be able to use ACH and easily transfer money into and out of my account
C) have immediate fund availabilty (since ACH takes 3 business days to clear just like a check, Etrade gives you the benefit of a doubt and lets you use the amount your transferring in even though it may get rejected)
D) CHEAP STOCK TRADES!!! MARKET, LIMIT, STOP LIMIT, etc. I don't need any options contracts or mutual funds and such

Choicetrade and Lowtrade

Get both; requires no funds to open either; both have $5 trades; choicetrade lets you set stops on OTCs, Pinks, and under a dollar stocks...even sub-pennies; Lowtrades gives free realtime data and a streaming desktop free if you have $500 equity and is both better and cheaper for L2s (free with 25 trades a month); Lowtrades provides both Premarket and after market trading and the phone service when you need it is much much better with lowtrades...

The combination is excellent. If you don't want these two, do get two brokers...it's a safety factor at times...

Choicetrade as stated above.. all things being equal the stop/losses you can put on penny stocks is worth it more then anything else...
