I have eight different business,With several transactions pending. Retail and realestate, would it be possible for me to turn these companys into a trading company?

I had checked for a friend several months ago . I think attorney fee's to set up a penny stock were about $50,000. There use to be information on the pink sheet- news and data. If you have trouble, I will see if I can find it. You might want to call a few pink sheets stocks to get some ins an outs of becoming a penny company, some company's will talk to you.

there's companies on the Web that purport to specialize in shell acquisition--but me? I'd prolly just start with my regular attorney(s), let them figure out the channel, then start cutting out middlemen...

a slimeball-but-sharpie is the guy in NY who helped GVRP/MAMG structure their end-around with NASD...I posted it about 20 pages from the current end-of-thread, as I recall....
