I have been using "penny prophet" (I think it was momo's site). It gave me access to stockcharts paid charting tools for free.

Penny prophet is no more. Maybe momo finally got what he had coming to him.

I need a new site for stock charts and technical indicators. The best I have found so far is bigcharts. It only gives me 3 technical indicators at a time.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good site with nice charts and heaps of technical indicators?

I'm a chart junkie and the more info I can get at once the better.

askresearch.com for ten bucks a month or so you get live charts with live indicators. My opinion is there charts are cleaner looking then some of the others ive seen and easier to read

Go to PrecisionTradingSystem.com. They have a Platform which is far beyond the old fashioned technical indicators. If you can read very sophisticated charts (statistical) then this is for you. You won't see the charts at this site, but you will get a lot of good info on what is the latest in trading platforms.

Mainly,I use AskResearch because it is clean and simple to use. However, at times I also use StockCharts because it provides quite a few pre-defined scans, plus educational material. A third site I use is StockTA.com because it rates stocks and lists support and resistance levels for individual stocks.

What is it. The website doesnt say what they are detecting with there platform, only that it is preditctive. I Honestly dont trust anything that doesnt say how much they want for there product because usually they try to get you to go to there seminar or class and brainwash you into buying it by making it sound like the answer to all ones problems. What throws a red flag for me is in the testimonials they all are people who bought wizetrade and say this is better. No serious trader would ever buy wizetrade so the testimonials seem just as arranged as wizetrade testimonials. They are cleary going after the niave and inexperienced. You dont see any serious trading platforms talking about wizetrade because they arnt targeting the wizetrade croud but real traders. I tend to think you are a salesman because you use there lingo "headfakes, whipsaw" and also make comparisons to wizetrade like they do on the website. The fact of the matter is that technical analysis is good and interpreting charts is good but there is no substitute for a skilled trader. If you arnt a salesman or even if you are, at least say what this system is. At least on a very simple level. What exactly is your system measuring. Like I said, if there own website doesnt give a price or detailed description or there product and one has to go to a seminar or class it is probably a scam.

Too many indicators is not good for the soul or your wallet... if you cant make trading decisions or make money with only 3 indicators
then it really dont matter how many indicators you use... whether 3 or 20 of them... 3 really is enough to allow you to make a buy or sell decision... i use bigcharts myself exclusively and use Moving Averages, volume, RSI , OBV and Candlesticks for my trading decisions.. i really dont need more... but hey thats just me ::: shrugs shoulders :::: [Roll Eyes]

ya, Mach...bigcharts is all I use for intra-day charts.

I like the big, full-blown annotated dealies after hours...but not during trading
