Few questions:

1)When will otccharts offer level 2 quotes? i heard in december but anyone know an approx. date?

2)Another thing, anyone know where to get real time quotes for LVL 2? i tried looking for it but they are all delayed and uselesss becuase of the delay.
-----------------------------------------
Level 2 question (MM1 @ask doesnt equal MM1 @bid)
BID: ASK:
MM1 3 MM1 3.06
MM2 3 MM2 3.06
MM3 3 MM3 3.09
MM4 3 MM4 3.125
MM5 2.93 MM5 3.188
MM6 2.93 MM6 3.25
MM7 2.90 MM7 3.25
MM8 2.87 MM8 3.37

Bid is stronger here, so i know that it would be ok to buy since there arent many on the ASK.

My questions are:

1)In this scenario its quite obvious that price could go up , but is it realistically possible that traders would sell more and cuase the price to go down?Given that we have enough sellers.

2)Does it really matter which MM is on the bid or ask? Like NITE, which is "more powerful" then some others. So i hear..

3)finally,

BID: ASK:

MM1 2.93 MM1 3.09
MM2 2.91 MM2 3.09
MM3 2.90 MM3 3.09
MM4 2.87 MM4 3.09
MM5 3 MM5 3.25
MM6 3 MM6 3.26
MM7 3 MM7 3.26
MM8 3 MM8 3.32

What should one do in this type of scenario? Where the ask has alot of MM's on a certain price in the begining but the BID also has many MM's on a certain price but near the bottom...? Would be sell right?

All help is apprecaited, thanks

P.S Still reading and learning .i wanted to make sure i was on the right track, thanks
