Can someone explain to me what are the benefits of a pink over the grey sheets for a starting company going public? I have been looking and found both can do a 504 and both can trade on the pink sheet board. The only difference I found is the 211 form is not filed and the grey cannot be directly solicited by market makers but can have interest generated by PRs and awareness and promotions? I can not find anywhere how long it takes once a 211 form is filed how long it takes to be classified as trading,reporting and have a MM be able to work with it?
The grey sheets seemed to be priced at alot lower price and that is why I am looking into the cost then filing a 211 and its costs for comparison.
I HOPE SOMEONE OUT THERE CAN HELP WITH ANY INPUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
