When I pull up a new L2 it takes a while to fill in Bids/Asks as well as Vol. - Doing same thing when I add a symbol to my streamer. But I'm not freezing up.
I know it's a pain when it happens - but all in all I have no gripes with Ameritrade!
Good Luck

Hey Steve! Do you have pop-ups blocked? Have you tried another browser? Do you have an older system or a slow connection? Just some stuff to consider. Hope it works out for you!

Thanks for the responses. I had more programs open than normal and I was not giving the program time to open. Patience has NEVER been one of my virtues. Now that I think about it, I am having a hard time remembering ANY of my virtues......<G> Steve

Pharm - no - I'm on DSL and have only had a problem with AMeritrade 2 other times in 2 years....when everyone else did. Call and they'll give you 5 to 25 trades FREE if you bitch enough!
Geeez - Am I glad I'm out of UVCL for months now - Imagine Ameritrade not working today when it crashed from .013 to .002? Whoa...... And I'm pretty sure they're NOT responsible for all the money people are losing this afternoon cuz the can't get out.

I just called, they said it should be up in a few minutes. I asked for some free trades, they said how many, asked for 10 and got 5.
