I've got an Etrade IRA and I want to time the market with it, buy and sell and all that.

Does anybody do this (with Etrade?) and what funds/etf's do you use?

So far these look like my only options for the Russell2000:
BUY: IWM (ETF) or RYMKX (Mutual Fund) or ETRUX(Mutual fund)
SELL: RYSHX (Inversed Mutual Fund)
