ok so i just started an account on fidelity and it says my account value is only 635 $ but if i add up what my investments are worth they are well over 2,000. can anyone help me with this??? if u need any more info to help me i will post it. i am just so confused

Sounds like you have 635.00 in cash or if margin account you might have 1/2 or 317.50 cash with buying power of 635.
