I'm 4 months new to trading. Can anyone share with me how they establish their exit point in a stock? Do your exit points change depending on the success of the stock? Is it usually a percentage, or a specific PPS amount that you are trying to achieve. Thx to all responses.

just put a stop/loss or a trailing stop/loss on your positions.. here's some ideas for you for both..

1) 1/4 pt or .25 below the day's low price..

2) 7 or 8% below the cost of the stock or price you bought it at
