I personally dont like using bollinger bands.. i like keeping it simple if you can call it that lol .. i monitor a stock against the RSI (relative strength index),OBV (On-Balance Volume) & its moving averages (20 day, 40 day , 50 day and 200 day)... but if bollinger band's interest you more power to you.. but if you want to learn about them get it straight from the source.. below is the link that will interest you... http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0071373683/ref=p d_sim_books_4/104-2792747-5135125?v=glance&s=books
