Quick question. How does market cap come into play on penny stocks? If pps is .0001 and market cap is 13.85K is that good or bad and why?

Also have these pinks dont list the outstanding shares, is there a way to figure it out?

Thanks

"How does market cap come into play on penny stocks?"

Tells you the value of the company per the market.

"If pps is .0001 and market cap is 13.85K is that good or bad and why?"

There is no way to tell from your question.

"Also have these pinks dont list the outstanding shares, is there a way to figure it out?"

If they file with the SEC you can read the fillings and figure out. You can also try calling the company and or the Transfer Agent.

Another way is to check at nqb.com and that should have the SEC filings or the company website for Investor relations or the transfer agent. It is a very good idea to check the number of shares for yourself. Unless there is a recent SEC filing the share count as listed is almost always wrong. GLTY-Debi
