Not sure,

PLKC is making personal tracking devices for all applications and is supposed to be on sale by mid April.

Thanks Keithsan. I don't think this is the one, but I also have this one on my radar. I remember reading specifically in the news article that they used it for inmate tracking witch I found interesting. Not only for that application but for others. ie visiting alien workers probationees (if thats even a word) or other high risk individuals. Thanks so much again.

Dont know for sure but ADSX has been mentioned to have that application for both implants and Digital Angel. A friend of mine in Law Enforcement told me few months ago that the implants will probably be implemented in prisons for certain high risk criminals, that are repeat offenders such as rapists, child molesters etc. He also stated that oversea's where restrictions are not as tight as in USA, he felt certain, they (intellagence community) were already using this technology to track certain criminals without them being aware.

Like I said not sure this is company your talking about, and have not done any DD on it for a couple of months.
