BKMP (Blackout Media) which was formerly known as First Canadian Holding Corp. was nothing more than a front for Winick to spinoff dozens of worthless shells...Remember HCCF the company with the wonder drug that was gonna cure Type 2 diabetes, yup that was one of Sandy's spinoffs...How bout PAIM and ZNXT??? Yup, they were Winick spinoffs as well...Those are just a few I remember, I'm sure if you dig a little you will find his name associated with many more of the once popular pinks here...
I still have a bunch of worthless BLCKMC shares that BKMP issued during the the TFN days...Remember???He issued them as a "poison pill" to prevent a hostile takeover LMFAO
My broker asked me if I want to ditch them as worthless and clear them from my positions but I like having them in my account as a reminder of why I will never own another share of pink sheet/OTC trash...

thanks happy I feel the same way I have a cert for 40 billion shares of blackout media.I ran across them house cleaning. I can't believe I fell for such crap but I did. Sandy was a real crook,but he is smoking his cigars some place nice and warm.Only can hope it is hell.
