This is a pretty interesting story. New Leaf is a manufacturer of Tea/Lemonade and for those who know they product, it compares to the top name brand beverage companies in the country. The stock was at $1 but as the company ran low on funds, they were forced to reorganize and a long sell off brought the stock down to $0.01. To most, the company appears to be dead.
But now, a couple years into the company's existence, they have not gone away. Their founder and CEO was replaced by a mover and shaker in the finance world, their board was enhanced with industry professionals and their products continue to be stocked.
They claim that big news is on the horizon, so keep NLEF on your radar.
