- Expect an update (PR) from the company within the next 2 weeks.
- He said that they are dropping the price of their 2 properties in Mexico in order to sell them quickly. They will still make profit from them and will pay off the little debt they have and use the new funds for buying properties in the US and or precious metal property.
- He didn't go through with the last precious metal acquisition because they would have had to dilute the shareholders.
- The float is the same as stated, it has not changed in a year and won't change for a long time. He's highly against diluting the shareholders.
- As events unfold, there will be PRs to update the shareholders.
- With the float staying the same (12.7M), there's no where to go but UP imo.

Good Morning!
I have a couple of questions that I'm hoping someone can answer:
1. What is the current A/S, O/S, and Public Float? Same as posted on pinksheets currently. Nothing has changed since Q3 of last year! 2. When can shareholders expect an update on current business operations? Shareholders can expect an update as soon as the company is ready to give one out. We’re hoping for the next week or two, possibly longer. 3. Does the company need to raise any capital? If so, how much and will common shares be used? Capital is always needed. Our goal is not to dilute the common shareholder. No strategy has been made yet to raise capital and if there is one it will be announced. 4. Does the company know if any restricted shares recently became un-restricted? None. If there was than there would be a law suit opportunity because the company must approve all shares coming off restriction prior via the TA.
Thank you! Kevin
