Negotiations are expected to be concluded with a 20 year fixed supply agreement.
The Supplier's President advised that the Supplier has access of up to 1,200 Tons of waste tires per day in the South Eastern part of the US which will be available for future expansion of the existing plant or the construction of new plants. He also indicated that the Company may acquire access up to 5,000 Tons per day of Crumb Rubber.
Each of the proposed future plants will be able to process a minimum of 150 Tons per day of waste tires which will generate revenues in excess of $30,000,000 per plant per year. The securing of the long term supply of waste tires or crumb rubber is fundamental for the long range development of the Company and securing of financing for the construction of the Plants.

Great news out yesterday after the close!! With this letter of intenet with bio earth now signed the company can sell the black carbon waste. This is more revenue for the company. This company is taking things that can not be used anymore and makeing products from begining to end. I am holding my position on this one. QPRJ IS TRADING JUST ABOVE THE LOWS. LOTS OF NEWS YESTERDAY.LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - 12/30/09) - QUADRA PROJECTS INC. ("Quadra" or the "Company"), its stock quoted on the OTC BB under the trading symbol (OTC.BB:QPRJ - News), announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Bio Earth Inc. ("Bio Earth") to jointly market quality carbon black produced by Quadra's joint venture operations in Malaysia and Indonesia. In particular, Bio Earth has a relationship with the Government of Bangladesh which is one of the prospective purchasers. Bio Earth also has end user customers for carbon black in Australia and other countries in South East Asia. The Letter of Intent calls for the purchasing all of the Carbon Black produced from the processing of palm husks from the Company's joint venture operations in Malaysia and Indonesia.

("BioEarth"), whose representatives have recently met with Government Officials of Bangladesh. The purpose of the meetings were to finalize arrangements for World Bank financing for their multi-million dollar environmental water and soil remediation programs for cleaning up sludge deposited in their major rivers and all forms of land based wastes which are a major pollutant and environmental hazard for that country. BioEarth has incorporated into its cleanup program the use of the QES2000 technology for the processing of the sludge and land based wastes.

Ltd. setting forth the opportunities that exist for Quadra's gasification technology in India. The Managing Director, C Srirama Raju, has advised that negotiations are underway with several bio-mass power producers to substitute their current bio mass incineration systems with the less costly and more efficient QES Gasification System.
Management of the Company is of the opinion that the QES2000 gasification system, being one of the applications of the QES2000 system, is the most advanced system in converting organic waste to energy and the most flexible to match the customer's needs. The QES gasification technology is a proprietary system which combines the Steam Direct-Heat Pyrolysis and Indirect-Heat Pyrolysis technologies into one system and further incorporates a unique two stage pyrolysis and gasification process into the system. Independent engineering testing is scheduled after completion of the in house testing. Immediately after certification of the QES Conversion Unit, it will be available for demonstration for the Company's prospective buyers and Government Authorities in the City of Guangzhou, located in Guangdong Province in the Peoples Republic of China.
Quadra's authorized distributor, Fanta International has advised that Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) is a major problem in the Guangzhou area with several thousand tons being generated each day. This could lead to sales of up to 100 QES2000 conversion units over the next 2 years generating sales in excess of 150 Million Dollars.
