When I first started researching this stock, I was impressed with the management and extensive family financial support that to date is approaching one million dollars.

This CEO underplays, never overplays. This perhaps is more telling than anything, he has a fiduciary duty to tell his shareholders what is happening, but he does not overdo it or pump it in any way. He is a man of action, not words, just as my dd indicated. He is very careful and is very considerate of his shareholders and clients. Let me explain.

This is strategic, FRHV currently has product on shelves in the Northeast part of the US as disclosed in previous press releases and the verified placement by eyewitnesses (Whole Foods). The target acquisition appears to have its customers and shelf space primarily in the western and middle US. FRHV is buying shelf space and distribution channel as promised. Not only will FRHV enjoy the current revenues of the target company, they will have direct and established shelf space access with major retailers in major market regions.

And then our elusive: "largest natural food retailer in the US."
He still hasn't told us Whole Foods is an FRHV customer and has product on shelf in NYC (as verified with photographic evidence in a previous posting).
Well, Whole Foods is the nations largest natural food retailer, and they are a client of the target acquisition. So this means that FRHV has a direct connection to the other regions of Whole Foods besides the Northeast region where they already have presence.
This is why I continue to accumulate this stock. It's a keeper.
