Performing Brands (PFOB) just completed their BK Filing in Dallas and the major players are looking to reverse merge another beverage company. The word on the street is Code Blue will merge into PFOB as early as next month.

Please do your own DD, but this one has a very tight float and the folks that started Snapple are the major shareholders in PFOB.
