GREEN STAR ENERGIES CURRENTLY....
As per several agreements, both Green Star Energies, Inc. and subsidiary Aeon Holdings, Inc. are in a limited quiet period pertaining to company business as required by recently signed non-disclosure agreements with new alliances. Any potential transactions will directly affect both GSRE and its subsidiary (AEOH) by way of growth through acquisition and / or merger.
At this time management is limited to what can be said about the Eberle #1 due to these agreements. To date the funds have been invested into the well and it was brought online producing both oil and gas. At present the partners have been faced with the decision if the best return would include paying for hooking up the gas or drilling further into the Buda Formation. Additional drilling would be based on the newly discovered geological data which suggests stronger then expected production and reserves. The Company will release an update as soon as the operator releases the report.
