Projected revenues for MediaG3 are $2.1M in 2008, $12M for 2009 and $20M for 2010

The company is negotiating with another Asia telecomm company to purchase MediaG3’s broadband wireless system and is in discussions with a wireless service provider to form a joint venture with recurring service revenue. The company’s China Pilot Project is in its third stage and MediaG3 is working on technical and economical details with China partners for commercialization.
MediaG3 is also in discussions with several institutional investment firms to secure sufficient financial resources for timely and full execution of company’s growth plan.
Company Overview MediaG3, Inc. develops and markets broadband wireless technology products and online applications that empower interactive content delivery to today's fixed and mobile consumers.

• Formed a partnership with the China Academy of Broadcasting Science (ABS) to secure a position in the rural coverage pilot program and nationwide roll out plan for China
• Selected by a prominent Philippines broadband company as a sole provider of LMDS broadband wireless systems with a potential total of $100M
• Signed a $10M contract from Business Corp Services, Inc. as a sole provider of LMDS broadband wireless systems to Equatorial Guinea and other Southeast Asian regions
• Delivered the first LMDS broadband wireless system to Business Corp Services, Inc.
• Awarded a grant of $600,000 by the US Trade and Development Agency, a gold seal of approval, to support our broadband wireless pilot project in China.
• Successful completion of rich media content delivery to RIMM blackberry devices within China.
• Partnership with Yung Nan Provincial Cable Company to provide broadband wireless backhaul services.

with the recent merger, there should be a lot going on behind the scenes here with the two companys bringing their technology and services together to create a profitable business, when they start releasing some updates on these exciting developments, we could start to see the pps show the increase in value
