Until now it has been nearly impossible to inject foam insulation into an existing structure such as a home or a business. With the Ecosafe innovative injection process this can be done quickly and economically and without the noxious fumes present in other products.

Installation can be done either from the outside or from inside the building whichever is more convenient for the owner and contractor. It can be used in all types of new and existing structures including brick, block, and traditional siding. It even works in conjunction with fiberglass insulation by providing additional "R" Value and a total air seal of the cavity.

About Ecosafe Premium Foam®:

Ecosafe Premium Foam® foam-in-place insulation is an innovative, ultra-light weight, foam insulation. Ecosafe insulation is an environmentally safe and friendly product made from nitrogen based Tripolymers. The foam is non-toxic and contains no petrochemicals or solvents. Other "Green" characteristics of Ecosafe Premium Foam® are: Ecosafe foams contain no CFCs, and emit no ozone depleting gasses.

Nitrogen based plastics are well known for their durability, structural integrity, and extraordinary fire resistance. Tripolymers have been used in electronics, automobiles, machine parts, fireproof coatings, adhesives, tools, and thousands of other commercial and household items. When made into a foam insulation, nitrogen-based plastics are some of the safest and most efficient thermal and acoustical insulation products available.

Ecosafe Premium Foam® is cost-effective, and can help to reduce home heating and cooling bills by 30%-50%. Ecosafe Premium Foam® can also provide savings by reducing the size of the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) unit necessary.

Ecosafe Premium Foam® has a flame spread of 5, combustibility of 0, and its smoke development is 0. Ecosafe Premium Foam® achieved a Class 1 Fire rating.

I bought in on this before the split, which was originally scheduled for May/June.

It happened last week, I believe. Here are the details of that:

AMNE Extends Record Date for 5 for 1 Forward Split

NEW HAVEN, CT -- (Marketwire) -- 05/27/09 -- American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE) announced today that the record date for the Company's 5 for 1 forward stock split originally set for June 1, 2009 is being postponed due to anticipated delays associated with FINRA's (formerly NASD) review process.

Company Counsel has advised that it would be more appropriate for the Company to delay setting the record date until after final approval is received from FINRA.

Once the Company receives final approval from FINRA, which is expected in June, the record date will be set promptly and payment of the forward stock split will be expedited.

All shareholders of the Company, who own shares as of the new record date, will receive 5 new shares for each share they own.

The Company has announced that it had amended its Articles of Incorporation with the State of Nevada to increase its authorized shares from 1,000,000,000 to 10,000,000,000.

Meanwhile, AMNE got on with the program:

AMNE Sells Its First County for $250,000

NEW HAVEN, CT -- (Marketwire) -- 05/19/09 -- American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Eco-Built Systems LLC, d/b/a Paradigm Polymers has sold it first county for $250,000.

And then they showed some great fiscal responsibility:

AMNE Reduces Over $200,000 in Liabilities

NEW HAVEN, CT -- (Marketwire) -- 05/20/09 -- American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE) is pleased to announce that it has reduced its liabilities by over $200,000 and cleared the way for a Judgment against the company to be satisfied without using any funds from the sale of its first county for $250,000 announced yesterday.

The Judgment was against AMNE from loans made to a previous company back in 2000 and 2001. Mr. Terry Mixon in January began actively trying to resolve the issue which was signed off on yesterday and documents will be filed with the states of Nevada and Connecticut within the coming weeks evidencing the Satisfaction of the Judgment.

In December of 2008, AMNE announced the beginning of a new direction by aggressively entering the $6 billion dollar a year foam industry and Mr.

Mixon then President and now CEO has kept to his word. In the last 6 months, the Company has completed several acquisitions, reduced liabilities by over $200,000, and made good on its word to give a dividend in the form of a forward split.

AMNE has grown from a one man operation to offices in 3 states: Connecticut, Georgia, and Indiana. The Company is quickly moving from national sales to international sales and has increased the product line of Paradigm, the Company's marketing arm.

AMNE will begin to focus over the next 6 months on growing revenues of its current product lines, selling territories and licensing distributors for Ecosafe. A new web site is under construction now for AMNE and Paradigm, which the Company hopes to launch by mid June.

The Company believes all other remarks made in the release to be accurate to the best of their knowledge.

AMNE Completes License Deal for "Infinite R"

NEW HAVEN, CT -- (Marketwire) -- 06/04/09 -- American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE) (www.amneotcpk.com) announces it has a signed a licensing deal with the patent holder of "Infinite R," a revolutionary insulation that could change building around the world.

AMNE has initially licensed the State of FL with Miami-Dade County having the most stringent building codes in the Country, once Infinite R is recognized as a standard in the building industry in FL other States will accept Infinite R as a new building material.

AMNE has been in discussions with a company in FL to help them introduce Infinite R to the building community and lobby the State of FL to make Infinite R the standard in the building industry.

About Infinite R

Infinite R controls the temperature differential across the R-value. If the temperature difference can be kept low then the heat flow across any R-value is also kept low. If the temperature difference, sometimes referred to as Delta T, equals zero then zero heat flow occurs. Using this new patented technology, zero heat flow conditions have been witnessed even when large temperature differentials existed between the two spaces.

Benefits

Claims are that the Infinite R under development could save up to 20 percent of house space-conditioning costs. A Computer model of the laboratory tests of the attic Infinite R insulation showed that it reduced the total heat flow by 22 percent and the peak heat flow was 42 percent lower than an equal thickness of fiberglass insulation. It reduced the air conditioning load by 40 percent and shifted the peak load up to eight hours, depending on climate. Infinite R insulation is most effective in climates that have sharp variations between day and night temperatures.

Adopted in sufficient quantities, the technology could result in reductions of peak-hour energy use that make unnecessary the use of expensive utility peak-hour shaving power plants and defer the construction of additional power plants to meet peak energy demands.

A private company with the help of the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Oak Ridge National Laboratory has developed a building envelope application. It has tested an attic insulation that absorbs daytime heat, releasing it at night. The Infinite R changes phases from solid to liquid at 82 degreesF, absorbing heat from the hot attic during the day, before it can penetrate the home. When attic temperatures cool at night, the Infinite R solidifies and releases heat back into the attic, moderating outdoor temperatures.

Imagine a layer of insulation (R-value) in a building where the temperature difference across that layer was near zero all the time! Imagine a product that (when used in conjunction with spray foam insulation,) seals the envelope, protects the space with "R" Value, and, Controls the Delta T across the Insulation!

Infinite R collects thermal energy from its environment and stores it until it reaches its "saturation point" or until the ambient temp drops below the phase change temp. In our case, our basic material has a phase change at 81 degrees F. So any temps above that number would be stored in the material and when the ambient drops below that temp (at night) the heat would be released by Infinite R. This would of course flatten out (modulate) the highest temps of the day (while the Infinite R is absorbing the heat unlike most other materials, it doesn't change temperature itself!) and perhaps more importantly, it would push forward 4-8 hrs the actual "Peak use period" for power companies. This of course would help to control customer energy costs as many utilities charge more for peak period use, and help prevent brown and blackouts by removing our customers' peak period from the load!

In heating environments, it acts as a heat storage material that can store thermal energy (either solar or mechanically generated) then release it at night. In radiant heat floors for example any excess heat would be collected by the Infinite R then when the floor heat is turned down or off, the Infinite R will release its heat and keep the floor warm (80degrees) for much of the night. For example, imagine sitting around a fire place where the room was too hot while the fire was burning bright then cooled very quickly when the fire died down, Infinite R in the wall would lower the temp in the room when the fire is roaring by absorbing heat above 81 degrees thus flattening out the peak temp, but when the fire dies down and the room begins to cool as the temp drops to 80 degrees the Infinite R will start releasing the energy (at 80 degrees) and tend to keep the room at that temp most of the night or day.

Infinite R

A Fundamental Change in Thinking and Performance in Residential and Commercial Building Insulation

Infinite R

Completely Safe, Non Toxic, Naturally Fire Retardant (without chemicals)

Infinite R

A Solar/Thermal Collector in Heating Environments and a Delta T Modulator in Cooling Environments

Infinite R

For Retrofit or New Construction Applications

The Company believes all other remarks made in the release to be accurate to the best of their knowledge.

AMNE and FL Sales Company Expand Agreement to Include Infinite R

NEW HAVEN, CT -- (Marketwire) -- 07/30/09 -- American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE) (www.americangreegroup.com) announces it has a signed a licensing deal with Ecosafe Insulation of Florida, LLC (ECOFL) to market "Infinite R," in the State of Florida. AMNE would also like to remind shareholders Friday is the shareholder of record date as issued by FINRA for the 5 for 1 forward split. In order to receive the dividend, you must be a shareholder of record on the close of that day.

AMNE has granted ECOFL licenses in 5 of Florida's biggest counties to market Ecosafe Foam and felt it was a natural fit for ECOFL to market Infinite R at the same time. ECOFL has retained a local law firm to assist the company in getting the State of FL to recognize Infinite R as a standard building product. Miami-Dade County has the most stringent building codes in the Country. Once Infinite R is recognized as a standard in the building industry in FL, other States will accept Infinite R as a new building material. FL received $137 million in weatherization funds from the stimulus program. The law firm retained by ECOFL is assisting ECOFL in tapping into those funds as well as other grants it may receive for helping to create jobs in the State of FL.

ECOFL will become a manufacture of the Infinite R so it can distribute the product easily throughout the state. With the help of AMNE, they are actively seeking machinery to purchase and setup a facility.

ECOFL has ordered a Sprinter truck from AMNE which is being outfitted with spray gear for the Ecosafe Foam and is expected to be delivered by mid August. ECOFL has retained a local PR company to help launch both products after the truck arrives with a media event scheduled which will feature a demonstration of both products to help launch both products in FL.

Whew!If only AMNE could get in on the ground floor of this:

By NATE JENKINS and SAM HANANEL, Associated Press Writers Nate Jenkins And Sam Hananel, Associated Press Writers – Wed Aug 12, 4:57 pm ET
LINCOLN, Neb. – Jackie Harpst expected a busy summer at her nonprofit housing agency, as work crews backed by Nebraska's share of $5 billion in federal stimulus money headed out to seal windows and spread insulation.

Months after she thought work would begin, not a single window has been caulked. And she's still not sure if her team will be able to get to work adding insulation before the summer heat passes — or even before the winter's chill sets in.

"We've hired people and purchased equipment with the anticipation we'd be able to spend the money soon, and now, as we see it drag on and on, it's just very frustrating," said Harpst, housing director of the Community Action Partnership of Mid-Nebraska.

Harpst is among the state and local officials nationwide who are sitting on millions in stimulus money targeted for weatherization, worried about running afoul of arcane federal rules governing how much workers should be paid for making energy-saving home improvements.

They blame months of mixed signals sent by federal officials, whom they accuse of fumbling the effort to spend money designed to give a languishing economy a boost by lowering utility bills and employing construction workers idled by the housing slump.

"It seems like it's just been one roadblock after another," said Christina Zamora, energy program manager for the Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho.

More than 40 states have received about half of the $5 billion allotted for weatherization efforts in the $787 billion stimulus package, according to the Department of Energy. Because that money was sent to hundreds of nonprofit groups scattered across the country, there isn't a clear estimate of how much has been spent so far.

But several local and state officials interviewed by The Associated Press said they are holding back. David Bradley, executive director of the National Community Action Foundation, said the "vast majority" of states aren't spending the money. The U.S. Department of Energy official in charge of the weatherization program also acknowledged there has been confusion "across the board."

"We have been told by a number of states and local agencies that they have delayed spending recovery-act money," said the official, Gilbert Sperling.

The $5 billion set aside in the stimulus package is a massive influx of money into an old program aimed at reducing energy costs. For more than 30 years, the federally funded, state-run programs have used a broad range of work, such as spreading insulation and installing new heating and cooling systems, to make the homes of low-income people more energy efficient.

Sperling and others responsible for overseeing the program maintain that as early as March, they clearly said that money for weatherizing should be spent in spite of any uncertainty created by the Davis-Bacon Act. The Depression-era law requires contractors to pay wages equal to those prevailing locally for public works projects, and the stimulus law applied it to weatherization projects for the first time.

"I'm satisfied we have communicated as clearly as we can to the states and the agencies that we want them to move forward spending recovery funds even before (the U.S. Department of Labor) issues new wage determinations," Sperling said.

Those who oversee the nonprofit groups and agencies that states have used for years to perform the weatherization work tell a different story, saying that Sperling and others flip-flopped in recent months. Zamora and others said federal officials first said the weatherization work could begin in April, then cautioned in June that the Davis-Bacon Act would apply and the spending should be put on hold.

Federal officials said at a July meeting attended by state and local weatherization workers to go ahead and start the work without the wage rules in place. The same advice came in letters sent July 10 and July 24.

"They go back and forth and it makes me nervous," Zamora said. "There's been a lack of clarity."

Tom Markey, a stimulus coordinator at the U.S. Department of Labor, said there is no reason to wait. The Departments of Energy and Labor said in their July 24 letter to states and nonprofits receiving the money that "state and local agencies should be weatherizing homes now."

"Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates for residential construction exist in just about every part of the country, therefore, any state or community-action agency could have begun work as soon as they received their funds by paying these existing prevailing wage rates," Markey said.

Several recipients of that letter told the AP said they are wary of following such advice because, they say, federal officials have previously been unclear on whether existing wage levels for other occupations would apply to weatherization work. They also reject the suggestion from federal officials they could simply issue back pay should the weatherization rates eventually be set at a higher wage, saying it could cause an administrative mess.

"They've been saying since April they'd have things straightened out and we'd be able to spend the money. Why we would we go forward now without the rules in place? So far nothing they've said ... has come to fruition," said Jim Crisp, executive director of the Michigan Community Action Agency Association.

And so, they're waiting for wage rules that are now expected Friday in 15 states. The rest are due at the end of the month.

Crisp's group is one of 30 agencies in Michigan given $195 million to weatherize homes, and none of that money has been spent so far on the actual act of weatherization. As in other states, only a small percentage of the money has been spent to buy equipment, perform training and otherwise prepare for the work.

In Nebraska, that amounts to about $1.5 million of $41.6 million in weatherization stimulus money. The community-action programs Zamora oversees in Idaho have spent just $700,000 of that state's $30 million pool, none on actual weatherization work.

Sperling said many states have compensated for the delays by spending money already budgeted for 2009 weatherization more quickly than usual. And the Department of Energy, he said, will have a better grasp of how much stimulus money has been spent when quarterly reports start coming in at the end of August.

But in the places where workers were hired months ago in anticipation of an influx of stimulus money, some nonprofits are running out of cash diverted from other places to make that payroll.

"They've basically been compensating people with money they don't have," Crisp said.

Tick - didn't like it at all - As soon as I clicked on this thread - I thought there was NEW news....... and had a heart attack. So I am now in ICU, heavily sedated, dreaming of all the money I COULD have made! LOL

Actually - you saved newbies the effort of doing their own DD - don't know if that's a good thing or not. I'll admit though - I've jumped in on a few 'blind' while they were running "just because" the rest of the gang was too".

And your point? My internals set for 5:30am and bed is 1am. Plenty of time to sleep when your dead right!! I only get on once or twice a day.. mostly nights for me! Your lagging 3 months behind me on AMNE! 10 million strong on this!
I run my own business all day then do my DD at night. Here's some DD for a stock you obviously own and should know these things.

Part of business plan laid out by Gary and Terry, CEO & CFO.

-establishing more distributors
-breaking into the market of all 50 states
-the capability to do new home and retro fitting exsiting homes
-giving excellent after install support
- and expecting going internation in the near future, as terry and gary have said they would like to do.

Marketing..
- Free TV commercials in the areas you become a distributor
-free paper advertising " "

Cost...
Eco save foam runs about 2.25 an expanded foot.
Soy foam runs around 2.50 an epanded foot.
Slightly higher than typical insulation, but will pay for itself.

Approx 40% savings in AC cost
Approx 42% savings in HEAT cost

all, and eco friendly. Govt will look to a 1.75 tax saving per sq. ft for those who switch.

I don't want to sound like an ass, but here is some of the DD I have found that just isn't PR.
I did a few houses with this back in feb and march and the contractor told me about it and thats when I got excited and started doing my research!
I hope this helps knowing a little more and keeps you excited like me!

Let's keep this one around and ride it.
I really think this could be just like BIEL.pk

Posting company p.r's might not be dd but neither is posting a business plan that you may or may not have heard. They're both meaningless as they came from the same source, the company.

You have to start with the basics. How do you know the company is even real? There's certainly nothing in this thread that suggests so. In fact, just from scanning what's here I'd be shocked if they weren't a flat out scam. There's ample evidence to support that contention. Have either of you even bothered to check the Nevada SOS site? You'd see that just yesterday (the 13th) they raised thir a.s. to a staggering 20 billion. In 2009 alone it's gone from 500 million to the current 20 billion. That's a ridiculous number that will simply crush any possible run. The company will be diluting into every uptick this stock sees.

If you get lucky enough to somehow get a run out out of it, get out and consider yourself lucky. It's a perfect blueprint of another Nevada domiciled scam company.

So the term seeing is believing... well my friend I have seen the product and give it a thumbs up!

Everyone is entitled to there opinion and respect them.
Always do your DD and form your own.

PS business plan is theres, marketing, and price are from paradigm and contractors I know who use it.
