BidSellBuy.com, InternetArray's on-line auction and web-based shopping network will open an invite to trial the private beta on this date.

NEW YORK, NY, Aug 13, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- InternetArray, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: INAR), today confirmed the special stock distribution to the shareholders of record as of August 31, 2009 is proceeding. All shareholders of record will receive one (1) additional share of common stock for every ten (10) common shares held. The new shares will be distributed in certificate form only and bear a restrictive legend under Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933.
The Company plans to execute the special stock distribution as soon as practical after the record date.

Standby for retrace meant "standby for retrace" (no really). I'm barely still up on my position but I didn't feel I could sell yesterday and be able to rebuy within 24 hours (I have a margin account below minimum equity, so....). I will hold my shares until the stock distrobution and maybe past that. I can't say what it will do, only that I am probably going to monitor and hold for the rest of the year in hopes that it will pay off.

The fact that over 390 million shares traded yesterday and the fact that it tripled in a day is a great sign that this is a stock to own. IMO there are a lot of people who have been watching this who jumped in yesterday. Now these same people may be holding the stock higher waiting for even more good news. However, I think most of those who picked it up between 0010-0015 over the past month sold out yesterday and cashed in a nice profit. The bonus shares are nice, but I feel it's the Noobis division that excites a lot of people who remember the late 90's (like me). We know the potential for an ambitious internet company. Heck, I just re-bought my shares today and am planning to holding them. If BidSellBuy is successful (IMO) we could see 10 cents easy.. just imagine positive news.. day after day
Anyone else have an idea where this could go?
Also.. could someone please enlighten me as to what their reason is behind issuing the 10% bonus shares on Aug 31st?

sounds really good, I may see what I can get in for in the AM. I feel a little unlucky right now, its like if I buy it, it will crash. I had a really weird-bad experience with DMPD today, but still have some funds free for trading...

Do you guys see this going up through the 31st? Then what? ?? PREDICTIONS PLEASE ??
I doubt the excitement is over the 10% in bonus shares. How long is everyone holding this stock for? I'm nicely invested too.. but damn it's tempting when you're up this much.. but then again I'd hate to sell too early.
