I would be careful investing in this company. I bought RSHN a few years back and thought they had a great product. They were going to spin off into APRU and leave RSHN high and dry. A r/s for RSHN later and they gave me some shares of APRU as consolation because they had to. As soon as I can make any money on this stock I'm out of it. RSHN is still a piece of crap with no volume and APRU doesn't seem to be any better. Of course, this is my own opinion and please do your own DD.
