Again there is no news, but the volume is picking up. The below is all I could gather on the company.

Medefile's primary product is the MedeFile system, a secure system for gathering and maintaining medical records. The MedeFile system is designed to gather all of its members' medical records and create a single, comprehensive medical record that is accessible round the clock. As of December 31, 2008, MedeFile had approximately 2,600 members. The Company generates revenue from licensing the right to utilize its software for the storage and distribution of healthcare information to individuals and affinity groups.
