The "Local 100" program targets concentrated groups of 100 C-store retailers in designated communities to create urban hot zones and ramped-up store locations for Winning Colours.

July 31st had been the date set by Winning Brands to achieve placement with 100 stores in greater Indianapolis as the first run of the new distribution concept.
